Olies Oils thanks you for purchase. In effort to provide excellent customer service. There a few FAQ's listed below regarding our shipping policy and procedures.
All orders are shipped out within 48 hours of ordering be placed.
Invoices are emailed out when in 24 hours of ordering being made.
All sales are FINAL. Refunds are remitted at owner discretion please email Olies Oils admin at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order.
Once it order is shipped, please follow up with mail carrier for all delayed shipping. If package is not received within 48 hours of being marked delivered. Please email Olies Oils at email@example.com or call 518-360-1542.
If package is damage or leaking, please email Olies Oils at firstname.lastname@example.org, please add shipping information in email and a photo of damage item.
If package is lost in transit please email Customer Service at email@example.com or call 518-364-1542.
If order has incorrect information please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org
All order marked as fraud will be cancelled.
