F.A.Q's

Olies Oils thanks you for purchase. In effort to provide excellent customer service. There a few F.A.Q's listed below regarding our shipping policy and procedures.

All orders are shipped out within 48 hours of ordering be placed.

Invoices are emailed out when in 24 hours of ordering being made.

All sales are Final. Refunds are remitted at discretion of Olies Oils customer service. Please email info@oliesoils.com within 48 hours of receiving your order if any issues.

Olies Oils is not reasonable for delays in shipment or extended shipment delivery dates once package is mailed, please contact carrier directly. The tracking number is provided with every order. If additional information required for delivery, please contact delivery carrier. 

All refunds are processed immediatel, funds deposit with in 7-10 business days. If the time has exceeded 10 business please contact customer care at  Info@oliesoils.com. All emails are responded to within 24 hours. 

If package is lost or destroyed please file a claim with the package carrier before contacting customer service. 

If order has incorrect information and it needs to be corrected for delivery purposes. Your order will be canceled and you will be asked to place a new order.

All orders alerted as fraud will be cancelled. 

All orders unable to be verified will be cancelled.
