Olies Oils thanks you for purchase. In effort to provide excellent customer service. Here are few F.A.Q's listed below regarding our shipping policy and procedures.

All items purchased during a sale are final sale.
No exchanges or returns are permitted.

All orders are shipped out within 48 hours of ordering be placed.

Invoices are emailed out when in 24 hours of ordering being made.

All international Orders:

Shipping paid at time of purchase covers the shipping to the desired country. The tariffs, customs taxes and all other shipping cost associated with receiving country is the responsibility of the purchasing party. Olies Oils does not cover any taxes for any country.  


Please contact carrier directly regarding any delays once order has been shipped. The tracking number is provided with every order. If additional information required for delivery, please contact delivery carrier.  

If package is lost or destroyed, please file a claim with the package carrier before contacting customer service. 

If the order has incorrect information and it needs to be corrected for delivery purposes. Your order will be canceled, and you will be asked to place a new order.

All orders alerted as fraud will be cancelled. 

All orders unable to be verified will be cancelled.
